SHIPMENTS
Orders are generally processed within two working days of receipt of payment and are shipped by GLS or TNT courier for Italy, Fedex and TNT or other couriers for abroad. If necessary to offer a better service to its customers, on the basis of the operating conditions, RooL ART may use an alternative courier to the one indicated at the time of the order, at the same cost indicated at the time of purchase. Shipping charges include handling and packing charges, and transportation charges.
Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order because it is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
The costs relating to any customs charges (e.g. VAT, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer who made the purchase.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected. For the packaging of the shipment, RooL ART uses two-wave cardboard boxes sealed with reinforced paper tape. The packaging of the products inside the box is made with filling paper. Click here for more information.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are not satisfied with one or more products in your order, you can change your mind or return them within 14 days. working days from the receipt of the goods. Make sure that the product you intend to return is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, complete with any accessories and instructions. Returns of products with signs of use or assembled at the customer's request will not be accepted.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods (parcel). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by contacting RooL ART, via Roma 22, 34075 Pieris (GO), ITALY (Tel: +39 329 451 8297, e-mail: moc.traloor@ofni) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example: a letter sent by post, a fax or an e-mail). To this end, you can use our withdrawal form (download it here), but it's not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us a communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN THE EVENT OF FREE ITEMS
For any refund request for an order placed on the RooL ART website and containing a free item, you must also return the free item to us. In case of non-return of this item, the amount of this will be deducted from the refund amount (face value indicated in the offer).

CONDITIONS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from the purchase contract, you will be refunded the payment you made to us, including the delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. This refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods. Please return the goods or deliver them to us at the following address: RooL ART, via Roma 22, 34075 Pieris (GO) - Italy (Tel. +39 329 451 8297), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from day on which you communicated your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the returned goods.
EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
- supply of goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- supply of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons (underwear, swimwear...) or that have been opened after delivery.
- supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the user to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before its expiry.
The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
PRACTICAL INSTRUCTIONS
The return can be made in the following ways:
- Within 14 days of receipt of the returned package, fill in the return form (download it here) and send it by e-mail to moc.traloor@ofni
- Prepare your package for return: prepare the package as carefully as possible to protect it during transport. We recommend using the same box in which you received your order.
- Insert the return form you sent us by e-mail into the package. Send your package at your expense with the courier of your choice or with the post office to the following address: RooL ART, Via Roma 22, 34075 Pieris (GO) - Italy. Please note that we do not accept packages sent at the recipient's expense.
- Wait for the refund: upon receipt of the package, the RooL ART team will verify that the conditions of the return are suitable for proceeding with the refund via the initial payment method. In the case of a gift, the refund will be recognized to the person who made the purchase.
RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS
In the event that the returned goods/goods are deteriorated (e.g. lack or damage to the packaging or labels, removal of protections, lack of instructions, damage to the goods, etc.), we will not proceed with the refund and will we will contact you to make arrangements to return the purchased goods to you.
