Orders are generally processed within 2 working days from payment confirmation and are shipped by GLS courier or TNT for national deliveries, with Fedex and TNT courier for deliveries abroad. Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your parcel will be sent at your risk, but special attention is paid in case of fragile items. For the packaging we use resistent cardboard boxes of suitably large dimensions sealed with reinforced paper tape. For the packaging of the products inside the boxes we use paper. If one or more products of your order do not satisfy you, you can change your mind or return within 14 working days. from the arrival at your home of the order. Make sure that the product you want to return is in perfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging, complete with any accessories and instructions. Returns of products already used or assembled on customer request will not be accepted.

How can you make a return?

The return can be made only and exclusively in the following ways:

  1. Within 14 days of receiving the product, fill out the return form (download it here) and send it by e-mail to the address: info@roolart.com
  2. Prepare your product for return: prepare the package as carefully as possible to protect it during transport. We recommend that you use the same box in which you received your order.
  3. Put inside the box the return form that you find here and that you sent us by e-mail. Send your package at your expense with the courier you prefer or with the post to the following address: RooL ART - Via Roma, 22 - 34075 Pieris (GO) Please note that we do not accept parcels sent at the recipient's expense.
  4. Wait for the refund: Upon receipt of the package, the RooL ART team will verify that the return conditions are suitable for refunding using the initial payment method. In case of a gift, the refund will be paid to the person who made the purchase.
